How do I love thee Mayfield? Let me count the ways: your coffee is full of flavor, but never bitter. Like Folger's always promised us but never delivered. Your waitstaff openly wept upon receiving the news that ours had grown lukewarm over the course of our meal. As if hot water had never cooled before. Waiters crawled over one another in a mad rush to bring us a fresh cup of your magical, dark brew. It was a breakfast of perfection.

Below is an image of the greatest french omlette known to mankind. Words cannot describe how delicious the balsamic vinegar infused vegetables tasted when they entered my mouth. It was as if a swimming pool had landed in a desert: this thing of immeasurable value came into my possession, but due to the nature of it I was only briefly able to behold it. I am still haunted by that fleeting glimpse of greatness.

This is the frittata. It is not the french omlette. It could never be the french omlette. Oh why do you torment me so, Mayfield? Bring back the french omlette, it is my love!

And there is a kid's menu. This is what a child eats for breakfast. A very, very lucky child.
